In many projects with, we have noticed that many organisations of various types have excellent “vertical” capabilities, based on functional and thematic specialisation. However, they lack “horizontal” capabilities aimed at integration, which generate a more systematic, flexible, and dynamic view.

Likewise, over the years we have observed that analysis, reflection, and decision-making processes in many organisations do not use any tools and methodologies that go beyond the traditional inter-department working group, surveys, or at the very most scenario analysis.
